Gas Call Services was started by Mike Donnelly, our Managing Director, in 1996. We have grown since then to become a leading provider of domestic, commercial and renewable heating installations, servicing and maintenance. Our specialism is working for social housing providers and our services are currently provided to 100,000 residents throughout the UK. We provide a full range of services to both domestic and commercial clients.
Working from 11 locations throughout the UK (Aberdeen; Dunfermline, Fife; Glasgow; Liverpool; Canterbury, Folkestone, West Yorkshire, Northampton, Southampton and Tyne & Wear.), we operate a 24/7/365 service, with a dedicated contact centres that co-ordinates our customer response. We handle around 250,000 calls each year and have outstanding levels of customer satisfaction. Our flexible service can include evening and weekend appointments. We assist social housing providers ensuring that they are 100% compliant with the gas safety legislative requirements for their residents.
We employ over 130 people with a particular focus on directly employed local labour that creates sustainable employment opportunities.
