Gas Call Services Awarded a New Contract
The partnership with Leeds City Council underscores Gas Call Services’ capability and trustworthiness in delivering top-notch customer service. Valued at £3 million annually, with a potential extension up to 8 years, the contract aims to service over 11,500 homes owned by Leeds City Council, showcasing Gas Call Services’ commitment to excellence and community support.
Duality Group, the parent company, has a longstanding relationship with Yorkshire. Its sister company, Dyson Energy Services, already boasts over 100 employees at its head office in Brighouse, reinforcing the group’s presence and investment in the region.
